A little backstory, in the heat of a PCS transfer, tight timelines, first time home buyers. Derrick Crain and his team went ABOVE & BEYOND to help my wife and I find our dream spot. All throught the process from the initial homes that weren’t meant for us, the late night questions we had, the knowledge and connections around the city to be able to get everything done for us.. that’s what this team provided for us. It didn’t stop once we closed either. After closing and before we were even in the state, Derrick (who is a veteran as well) was going to the home to take in deliveries so we could have some creature comforts upon arrival as well as coordinating his connections to ensure the home was looking its best for when we got there.
