Galveston sellers blinked: the biggest price cuts this week
Homes whose asking price came down hardest, leverage points for buyers.
Galveston sellers are blinking. 24 active listings cut their asking price, totaling $1,891,622 shaved off original asks.
The largest percentage cut: 4724 Avenue Q 1/2, now $1 after a 100.0% reduction from $314,888.
Most of the cuts came from the mid-market, where buyers have been waiting out high asks. Geographically, Denver Resurvey leads. 4 of the 24 cuts came from there.
For buyers, these are leverage points. sellers who have already adjusted once are more likely to adjust again at the negotiating table.
