Cleveland sellers are blinking. 24 active listings cut their asking price, totaling $1,561,981 shaved off original asks.
The largest percentage cut: 6089 Road 5872, now $49,900 after a 66.7% reduction from $149,900. The biggest dollar cut went to 205 Tanner. $300,000 off the original ask.
Most of the cuts came from the mid-market, where buyers have been waiting out high asks. Geographically, Santa Fe Villages 30' leads. 4 of the 24 cuts came from there.
For buyers, these are . sellers who have already adjusted once are more likely to adjust again at the negotiating table.
